These lean and meaty burgers have a fantastic spicy kick

Ingredients
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 100g Asda chorizo, diced
- 1 eating apple, coarsely grated
- 500g pack Asda pork mince
- 2 roasted red peppers (from a jar), finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cucumber, diced
- Juice of ½ lime
- 4 Asda burger buns, split and toasted
- 4tbsp Asda low-fat natural yogurt
- Fresh mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
1 Heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan, then fry the chorizo for 3 minutes until lightly brown. Turn into a bowl, add the apple, pork and roasted red pepper, and mix with your hands. Chill for an hour.
2 Shape into 4 burgers and cook under a medium-hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Meanwhile, mix together the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and lime. Put a burger in each bun, top with the yogurt and salsa and serve with mixed salad leaves.
