This family favourite is healthy and filling

Ingredients
- 400g Asda spaghetti
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 ripe tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
- 400g can tuna chunks in sunflower oil, drained
- 2tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
Method
1 Add the spaghetti to a large pan of boiling water and boil for 11 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, fry the sliced spring onions in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes. Season to taste.
3 Add the tuna chunks to the sauce, break up slightly and allow to heat through. Drain the spaghetti and add to the sauce with the parsley, mixing well.
