It’s best to use Asda Dark Chocolate in the red wrapper – as chocolate with a high cocoa content is too overpowering for the fruit

Ingredients
- 100g Asda Dark Chocolate,
- broken into squares
- 150ml double cream
- 2tbsp Grand Marnier
- or orange juice
- 300g strawberries
- 24 marshmallows
Method
1 In a small pan, heat the chocolate, cream and Grand Marnier or orange juice over a very low heat, stirring frequently and taking care not to let it boil. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool until it starts to thicken.
2 Thread the strawberries and marshmallows onto four skewers and serve with the warm chocolate dip. Alternatively, you could grill or barbecue the kebabs for 1 minute (no longer or the marshmallows will collapse) and serve warm with the dip.
