Tender fragrant lamb served the authentic way

Ingredients
- 2 x 410g pack Asda Mediterranean-style vegetable medley
- 400g Asda lamb steaks
- 1 sachet Asda Moroccan Reason to Season
- 3tbsp sunflower oil
- 250g couscous
- 3tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7. Put the vegetables in a roasting tin, drizzle over the oil that comes with them and toss. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
2 Coat steaks in half the spice mix. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and quickly fry the remaining spice mix. Add the couscous and 300ml of boiling water. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
3 Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks, in batches, over a medium heat, for about 2 minutes on each side. Keep warm. Stir the vegetables and coriander into the couscous. Serve with the lamb.
