The chorizo makes these meatballs extra special

Ingredients
- 1 thick slice bread (stale)
- 50g Asda chorizo, chopped
- 500g Asda pork mince
- 1tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400g can Asda chopped tomatoes with herbs
- Rice and frozen mixed vegetables to serve
Method
1 Crumble the bread with your fingers. Mix the crumbs with the chorizo and mince and shape into small meatballs. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan and add as many meatballs as you can comfortably fit in. Brown on all sides. Remove from the pan, set aside, then cook the rest of the meatballs.
2 Meanwhile, fry the onion in the rest of the oil, in a saucepan, until soft and golden. Add the tomatoes and 150ml water. Heat until simmering.
3 Add the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.
