Ingredients
- 1 red apple, cored and diced
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 150g fusilli pasta
- 4tbsp Asda reduced fat mayonnaise
- 200g Edam cheese, cubed
- 8 baby plum tomatoes, halved
- 200g can sweetcorn, drained
Method
1 Coat the apple in the lemon juice, then boil the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
2 Mix in the mayonnaise, and add the cheese, tomatoes, sweetcorn and apple.
