ASDA part of the Wal-Mart family

• 1 Asda Smart Price courgette, trimmed and cut into short sticks about 5cm x 1cm
• 1tbsp olive oil, plus a little for greasing
• 12 rashers Asda Smart Price streaky bacon
• 4 sprigs fresh Asda thyme
• 4 Asda Smart Price chicken breasts

1 Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Put the courgettes in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with oil. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

2 Meanwhile stretch the bacon on a chopping board by running the blunt side of a knife along it. Put a sprig of thyme on each chicken breast, then wrap in 3 rashers. Place in an ovenproof dish with the ends of the bacon tucked underneath. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with the roast courgettes and, if you like, crispy roast potatoes.
