A tasty family classic

Ingredients
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 400g can Asda chopped tomatoes with herbs
- 2tbsp Asda tomato ketchup
- 450g Asda turkey mince
- 25g fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 400g spaghetti, cook as instructed
Method
1 Cook the carrot and pepper in half the oil, covered, for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 100ml cold water and the tomato ketchup, then whizz in a blender or food processor to make a sauce. Return to the pan.
2 Mix the turkey mince and breadcrumbs. Season well and shape into 20 small meatballs.
3 Heat the rest of the oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the meatballs until brown. Heat the sauce until simmering, add the meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
