Salmon and watercress pots
Serves 2

Ingredients
  • 260g pack Asda Extra Special coldsmoked Scottish salmon fillet portions
  • 100g Asda Soft and Creamy soft cheese
  • 2tbsp Asda crème fraîche
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 25g Asda watercress
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, to garnish
  • 6 Asda Extra Special jumbo tiger prawns, to serve
  • Heart-shaped toasts, to serve

Method
1 Cook the salmon in the oven or microwave, as directed on the pack. Cool.

2 Put the cooked salmon in a blender or food processor with the soft cheese, crème fraîche and lemon zest, and blend briefly to mix together.

3 Put aside a few watercress sprigs to garnish. Add the rest to the salmon mixture and blend for a few seconds. Season to taste with pepper then divide between two ramekin dishes. Cover and keep chilled.

4 Serve garnished with lemon wedges and watercress, with the prawns and heart-shaped toasts on the side.
