Ingredients
- 200g carton Asda reduced fat crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, stoned and diced
- 2 passion fruit
- 6 Asda mini meringue shells, crushed
Method
1 Put the crème fraîche in a bowl and stir in the sugar. Stir in the mango flesh and the pulpy flesh of one of the passion fruit.
2 Fold in the meringues gently so they don't break up completely. Spoon into two glass dishes and drizzle the flesh of the second passion fruit over the top.
