Ingredients
- 2tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1tbsp clear honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Small piece of fresh Asda root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 Asda salmon fillets
Method
1 Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger. Put the salmon in a shallow dish. Pour over the marinade and turn the fillets to coat. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2 Preheat a griddle pan or moderate grill. Cook the salmon for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until just tender – don’t overcook or the fish will be dry. Serve immediately.
