Ingredients
  • 200g Asda French baguette, with the ends cut off
  • 3tbsp low-fat French dressing
  • Asda fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 3-4 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • half a 185g can Asda tuna chunks in brine, drained
  • 4 anchovies, drained
  • 8 pitted olives, halved
  • 1tbsp capers, drained

Method
1 Cut the baguette across into two halves, then halve the pieces lengthways but not cutting all the way through, so they are “hinged”. Remove some of the bread from inside.

2 Sprinkle the cut sides of the bread with the dressing.

3 Pile the remaining ingredients into the baguettes in layers.

4 Press the two halves together and wrap tightly in clingfilm.

5 Chill for 2 hours in the fridge. Unwrap and tuck in.
