Ingredients
- 1 Asda Extra Special golden pineapple
- 350g seedless green grapes, halved
- 300ml Moscatel de Valencia wine, chilled
- Sprigs of fresh mint, chopped
Method
1 To prepare the pineapple, slice off the leafy top and 1cm of fruit with it, then cut off the other end. Stand it upright and slice off the skin vertically, all the way round. Cut the fruit in half, then into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes.
2 Put the pineapple in a glass serving dish with the grapes and pour over the wine. Scatter over the mint and chill for several hours before serving.
