Avocado and gravadlax salad

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 x 140g packs Asda Extra Special gravadlax
  • 80g pack watercress, washed and drained
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Halve, stone, peel and slice the avocados and put them in a bowl with the fresh lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.

2 Divide the avocado slices between the serving plates and arrange the gravadlax on top with a couple of sprigs of fresh watercress.

3 Drizzle over the dill and mustard sauce that comes with the pack of gravadlax, and serve immediately. This dish also tastes delicious with a simple lemon and olive oil dressing.
