Indulge in a piece of Italian flavour with this quick dish

Ingredients
- 675g tomatoes, chopped (cherry and some sun-dried)
- 12 pitted black olives, quartered
- 150g Asda Extra Special Sweet Tomato & Chilli Chutney
- 8 large fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Method
1 Put the tomatoes, olives, chutney and basil in a bowl. Drizzle over a little olive oil, season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix together.
2 Halve the ciabatta lengthways, then cut each piece in half. Brush with olive oil, then toast until golden.
3 Top the toasted ciabatta with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
