Mini cookie crumble
These are stunningly delicious puds! You can make them with any combination of your favourite fruit.
Serves 4
 Preparation time 30 minutes
 Cooking time 15 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe nectarines or peaches, chopped
  • 225g punnet strawberries, washed and halved
  • 125g punnet blueberries, washed
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 200g Asda Extra Special chocolate, fruit and nut cookies, crushed
  • 20g butter, melted
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Mix together the fruit, caster sugar, cornflour and lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.

2 Combine cookies and butter to make a crumble topping.

3 Stir the fruit, put in 4 ramekins and top with crumble. Cook for 15 minutes using the indirect method.
