A simple but impressive meal, delicious with buttery mash and green beans

Ingredients
- 6 Asda British chicken thigh fillets
- 2 lemons, halved and juiced
- 2tbsp Asda clear honey
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1 Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 6. Slash each chicken thigh twice across the top and put in a single layer in a shallow ovenproof dish.
2 Combine the lemon juice, honey, garlic and seasoning and pour over the chicken. Cut the squeezed lemon shells into wedges and tuck in between.
3 Bake for 25 minutes, basting halfway through cooking, until chicken is cooked and golden.
