Keema naan
This savoury naan dish is an Indian version of a 'toastie'
Serves 2
Preparation time 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 225g Asda lamb mince
  • 1tbsp mild curry powder
  • 2tbsp tomato purée
  • 2-pack Asda plain naan
  • 2tbsp chopped fresh coriander

Method
1 Fry the mince in a nonstick pan, without any oil, until browned. Stir in the curry powder, cook for 2 minutes, stirring, add the tomato purée and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

2 Meanwhile, warm the naan, cut in half widthways, then slice open to make a pocket.

3 Mix coriander into mince and divide mixture between naans, gently pressing them flat. Sprinkle with water and grill for 2 minutes.
