Marinate the steaks overnight, so all you have to do on the day is cook them.

Ingredients
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 Asda lamb steaks
Method
1 The night before the dinner (or even up to 2 hours before, if you don't have time to prepare them in advance), mix together the garlic, rosemary, oil and vinegar. Arrange the lamb in a shallow, non-metallic dish in a single layer. Pour over the marinade, cover with clingfilm and chill. Turn occasionally so that both sides are evenly coated with the marinade.
2 Remove the lamb from the marinade and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them occasionally and brushing with the remaining marinade until they are cooked through. Serve immediately.
