Tiger prawn and salmon salad
Succulent prawns and salmon make this a luxurious treat
Serves 2
Ready in 15 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1tbsp Asda walnut oil
  • 1tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2tsp Asda White Balsamic Condiment
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • ¼tsp Asda Dijon mustard
  • 50g Asda Extra Special Smoked Salmon
  • Handful Asda salad leaves
  • 125g pack raw peeled tiger prawns
  • 10g butter
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
1 Whisk together the oils, balsamic condiment, lemon juice and mustard, then season. Cut the smoked salmon into short strips and roll up.

2 Set aside 2 tablespoons of dressing. Toss salad leaves in the rest, then divide between 2 plates, with the salmon on top.

3 Stir-fry the prawns in butter until pink. Add dressing and heat. Add to the salads; serve.
