Crab and chilli linguine

Ingredients
  • 175g linguine pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 170g can white crab meat, drained
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Method
1 Cook the linguine following pack instructions.

2 Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and chilli. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir in the crab, lime zest and juice. Season.

3 Drain the pasta and toss together with the crab mixture. Divide between the serving bowls and sprinkle with fresh parsley to serve.
