Sophisticated palates will relish these elegant kebabs

Ingredients
- 2tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2tsp sesame oil
- 2tsp clear honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 900g of Asda sirloin steak, trimmed and thinly sliced into ribbons
- 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper, halved, deseeded and cut into even-sized pieces
- 16 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water for 20 minutes
Method
1 Mix together the soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil, honey and garlic. Put the steak in a shallow dish and coat in the soy sauce mixture. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
2 When you’re ready to barbecue, fold the pieces of steak in a zigzag and thread onto the pre-soaked skewers to form an “S” shape. Alternate with pieces of red, green and yellow pepper. Brush the kebabs with any remaining marinade.
3 Cook the skewers over hot coals for about 5 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.
