Mango lassi

Ingredients
  • 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
  • 75ml whole milk, chilled
  • 150g pot wholemilk bio natural yogurt, chilled
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Whizz the mango in a blender or food processor, then push through a sieve to remove fibres. Chill.

2 Mix the mango pulp thoroughly with the milk and yogurt. Serve chilled.
