Ingredients
- 0.5 Asda cucumber
- 150g low-fat natural yogurt
- 2tbsp Asda fresh mint, chopped
- 0.25tsp Asda ground cumin
Method
1 Cut the cucumber in half, deseed and chop into chunks. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Chill for 20 minutes. Serve with an Indian meal.
