Meatball medley
This is a filling meal that's as fun to eat as it's easy to make. Use your favourite cheese on top.
Serves 4
Preparation time 25 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 Asda British Butcher's Best Cumberland Sausages
  • 450g pack Asda turkey mince
  • 1 spring onion, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 25g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 315g jar Asda original bolognese pasta sauce
  • Sunflower oil, spaghetti and grated cheese, to serve

Method
1 Peel the skin off the sausages and discard. Put the sausage meat, turkey mince, spring onion and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season to taste and mix together by hand, then shape into 20 small balls.

2 Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs over a medim heat for about 5 minutes, turning them all the time so they brown evenly.

3 Put the meatballs in a pan with the sauce and half a jar of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on spaghetti, sprinkled with the grated cheese.
