Chunky tuna and bean salad
Packed with protein and fibre
Serves 4
Ready in 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Asda extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tbsp fresh Asda parsley, chopped
  • 2 x 290g cans Asda borlotti beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 x 185g cans Asda tuna chunks in spring water, drained
  • 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 sticks celery, sliced
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve

Method
1 Put the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl and whisk together. Season, add the bolotti beans and mix well.

2 Break the tuna into chunks and add to the beans, along with the onion and celery. Mix gently and serve immediately with the mixed salad leaves.
