Ingredients
- 2tbsp Asda extra virgin olive oil
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 2tbsp fresh Asda parsley, chopped
- 2 x 290g cans Asda borlotti beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 x 185g cans Asda tuna chunks in spring water, drained
- 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
1 Put the olive oil, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl and whisk together. Season, add the bolotti beans and mix well.
2 Break the tuna into chunks and add to the beans, along with the onion and celery. Mix gently and serve immediately with the mixed salad leaves.
