Suitable for vegetarians
Get in the mood for romance with this classic Champagne and vodka cocktail, made with fresh strawberry purée
Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 25ml shot vodka
  • 25ml strawberry purée (made by blending fresh strawberries)
  • Champagne, to top up glass
  • Slice of star fruit, to garnish
Method
1 Spoon the strawberry purée into a Champagne flute. Add the vodka, then top up the glass with Champagne. Stir well, then garnish with the slice of star fruit.
