Breakfast pizza
Add mushrooms, tomato, and bacon for a “Full English”!

Ingredients
  • 4 Asda Extra Special pork chipolatas
  • 4tbsp pizza topping sauce
  • 2 x 150g pizza bases
  • 125g pack grated mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • Plus 0.5tbsp olive oil

Method
1 Preheat oven to 220C/Gas 7. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages over a medium heat for 10 minutes until brown.

2 Spread the topping over the pizza bases. Cut the sausages into chunks, arrange on top around the edges and sprinkle with cheese.

3 Bake the pizzas for 8 minutes, then crack an egg into the centre of each one. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes until eggs set.
