Vegetable spring rolls

Ingredients
  • 2tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for deep frying
  • 350g Asda beansprout and vegetable stir-fry
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tsp chilli sauce
  • 6 sheets Asda frozen filo pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method
1 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry veg and garlic for 2 minutes. Stir in sauces, then transfer to a plate to cool.

2 Cut each sheet of filo into three rectangles. Place spoonfuls of the cooled mixture onto the pastry. Roll up, using beaten egg to seal. Repeat to use all filling.

3 Heat the oil in a wok or deep-fat fryer, until a cube of bread turns golden in 50 seconds. Cook rolls in batches for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Drain on paper kitchen towel before serving.
