Serve these moreish toasts with a sweet and sour dip

Ingredients
- 250g Asda frozen cooked and peeled prawns, defrosted
- 1tsp peeled, grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3tsp cornflour
- 1 large egg white
- 0.25tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 6 thin slices white bread
- 3tbsp sesame seeds
- Sunflower oil, for frying
Method
1 Put the prawns, ginger, garlic and cornflour in a food processor and whizz to mince the prawns. Whisk egg white until just foamy, stir in the prawn mixture and season with salt, pepper and five-spice powder.
2 Cut the crusts off the bread, and spread the prawn mixture over the slices. Press firmly. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and press again.
3 Heat a shallow layer of oil in a frying pan, add the bread, prawn side down, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further minute. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Cut the toasts into 3 fingers and serve straight away.
