Fruity pork stuffing loaf
Sweet and savoury stuffing

Ingredients
  • 25g butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 400g Asda Extra Special pork sausagemeat
  • 125g dried apricots, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • 55g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1tsp Asda dried thyme
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.25tsp ground cloves

Method
1 Melt the butter in a pan and gently fry onions for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

2 Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Mix all other ingredients with the cool onions. Tip into a greased 1lb loaf tin, cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes until the top is golden.
