Sweet and savoury stuffing

Ingredients
- 25g butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 400g Asda Extra Special pork sausagemeat
- 125g dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 55g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1tsp Asda dried thyme
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5tsp ground nutmeg
- 0.25tsp ground cloves
Method
1 Melt the butter in a pan and gently fry onions for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2 Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Mix all other ingredients with the cool onions. Tip into a greased 1lb loaf tin, cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes until the top is golden.
