Suitable for vegetarians
The sweetness of the nuts complements the simple noodles. An eastern delight in the shake of a wok!

Ingredients
- 1tbsp Asda Chinese stir-fry oil
- 100g bag Asda cashew nuts
- 2 x 350g bag Asda beansprout and vegetable stir-fry
- 300g pack Asda fresh egg noodles
- 2 x 125ml sachet Asda sweet and sour stir-fry sauce
Method
1 Heat the oil in a nonstick wok or large frying pan, add the cashew nuts and stir-fry for a few moments until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
2 Add the beansprouts and vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Stir in the noodles and sauce, then simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cashews and serve immediately.
