Fresh and zesty flavours are enhanced by the fruit syrup

Ingredients
- 1 lemon and ginger flavoured teabag
- 350g fresh lychees
- Finely pared zest and juice of 1 lime
- 25g caster sugar
- 400g pack Asda tropical fruit salad
- 1 large banana, sliced
Method
1 Put the fruit teabag into 150ml boiling water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the lychees. Discard the teabag and pour the tea into a pan. Add the lime zest, juice and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Put all the fruit except the banana in a bowl, pour over the syrup and leave to go cold.
3 Add the sliced banana and stir in just before serving.
