Ingredients
- 8 large hot pancakes
- 50g butter
- 50g caster sugar
- 2tbsp golden syrup
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 bananas, sliced
Method
1 Make the pancakes and keep them warm. Place the butter, sugar, golden syrup and cocoa powder in a small pan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
2 Add bananas to the sauce. Spoon into 8 pancakes. Roll and serve.
