Ingredients
- 300g Asda smoked haddock fillet
- 350g Asda frozen chopped spinach
- 4 large free range eggs
- 350g Asda Four Cheese
- Pasta Sauce
- 1 slice medium white bread
- 25g mature Cheddar, grated
Method
1 Put fish in a wide pan, skin side up, and cover with water. Heat slowly until simmering, simmer for 5 minutes, then stand for 5 more. Skin and flake the haddock. Cook and drain the spinach, put in an ovenproof dish and top with the fish. Keep warm.
2 Preheat grill. Poach the eggs until the white is just set, then pop on top of fish. Heat the sauce and pour over the eggs. Whizz the bread in a processor to make crumbs, sprinkle on top with the cheese and grill until golden.
