Tuna and olive linguine
A colourful Italian classic – perfect any day of the week
Serves 4
Preparation time 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 300g Asda linguine pasta
  • 350g tub Asda Good for you! arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 400g can Asda tuna chunks in brine, drained
  • 12 Asda pitted black olives
  • 2tbsp chopped fresh Asda
  • flat leaf parsley
Method
1 Put the linguine into a large pan of boiling water, stir until pasta is fully submerged and cook according to pack instructions.

2 Meanwhile, put the sauce in a pan and simmer until hot. Add the tuna chunks and black olives, and stir until heated through.

3 Drain the linguine and return to the warm pan. Add the sauce and parsley and toss together.
