Ingredients
- 4 x 150g salmon fillets
- 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 3tbsp Asda pesto sauce
- 50g Asda Parmesan, grated
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
1 Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 6. Put the salmon fillets on a nonstick baking tray. Mix the breadcrumbs with the pesto sauce and Parmesan, then spread the mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets, pressing it down gently.
2 Bake the fish in the centre of the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
