Ingredients
- 2tbsp Asda pesto sauce
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2tbsp Asda Extra Special
- lemon curd
- 100ml Asda extra virgin olive oil
Method
1 Place the pesto, lemon zest and juice, lemon curd and extra virgin olive oil in a screw-top jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Season generously with black pepper.
2 Shake the jar well to thoroughly combine all the ingredients, then drizzle liberally over salad or vegetables. It’s perfect with a classic mozzarella and tomato salad, and excellent with freshly cooked peas.
3 The salad dressing will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake the jar well before using as it may separate.
