Moroccan lamb
A colourful, spicy supper
Serves 4
Ready in 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • 500g Asda lamb mince
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 sachet Asda Moroccan Style Reason To Season
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into small pieces
  • 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into small pieces
  • 400g can Asda chick peas, drained
Method
1 Put the lamb mince and onion in a saucepan and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat browns. Drain off any excess fat from the meat.

2 Stir in the contents of the Asda Moroccan Style sachet, then add 200ml water, the peppers and chickpeas. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

3 Serve immediately with couscous and a sprinkling of freshly chopped coriander.
