Delicious, crunchy beans served in a zesty dressing

Ingredients
- 450g Asda green beans, trimmed
- 25g butter
- 30g flaked almonds
- 0.5tbsp lemon juice
Method
1 Cook the beans in a pan of lightly salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes until just tender.
2 Melt the butter in a pan and add the almonds. Fry until golden, then add the lemon juice. Drain the beans and mix with the almonds. Season to taste.
