Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cucumber, deseeded and diced
  • 150g pot wholemilk bio natural yogurt
  • 2tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint, plus sprigs to garnish

1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and garnish with fresh mint. Serve as a dip with pitta bread or as a side dish for Indian meals.
