Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cucumber, deseeded and diced
- 150g pot wholemilk bio natural yogurt
- 2tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint, plus sprigs to garnish
Method
1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and garnish with fresh mint. Serve as a dip with pitta bread or as a side dish for Indian meals.
