Spaghetti pie
Suitable for vegetarians
A tasty and filling dish

Ingredients
  • 6 Asda large eggs
  • 1tbsp sun-dried tomato purée
  • 300ml full-fat milk
  • 250g mature Cheddar, grated
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 250g spinach, washed and stalks removed, blanched, well drained
  • 6 spring onions, sliced
  • 4tbsp Asda fresh parsley, chopped
  • 200g Asda spaghetti, cooked and chopped

Method
1 Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5. Lightly grease a 23cm round or 20cm square flan dish, or a deep, ovenproof frying pan.

2 In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sun-dried tomato purée and milk. Add the cheese, tomatoes, spinach, spring onions and parsley. Mix well and stir in the pasta. Season and pour into the dish or pan.

3 Cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the pie is set and browned on top. Serve cut into squares or wedges.
