Golden crunchy herb bites

Ingredients
- 6tbsp Asda olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 1kg potatoes, cut into 4cm cubes
- 4 large Asda rosemary sprigs
- 2tbsp Asda fresh rosemary, chopped
Method
1 Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 6. Put oil and cloves in roasting tin and heat in oven. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender; drain. Toss potatoes in the oil in the roasting tin. Scatter with rosemary sprigs. Cook for 30 minutes until golden.
2 Remove rosemary sprigs and toss potatoes in the chopped rosemary. Season, then serve.
