Cheese on toast with a tasty twist – perfect for filling empty tummies

Ingredients
- 1 medium free-range egg
- 75g mature Cheddar, grated
- Few drops Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices granary baguette
- 2 baby plum tomatoes
Method
1 Preheat the grill. Lightly beat the egg and mix it with the grated cheese and a few drops of Worcester sauce.
2 Toast the baguette slices on one side. Remove from the grill and spread the cheese mixture on the untoasted side.
3 Halve tomatoes and put one on each baguette. Grill until the cheese is golden and melted.
