ASDA part of the Wal-Mart family

• 4 Asda white muffins
• 100g Asda red Leicester cheese, grated
• 8 slices Asda ham
• 25g mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
• Few Asda fresh chives, cut into 4cm lengths

1 Using scissors, get the kids to cut the ham into petal shapes large enough to fit on a muffin (you will need 40 petals).

2 Cut each muffin in half, horizontally. Toast the uncut sides under a medium-hot grill for 1 minute until golden.

3 Turn the muffins over and sprinkle with the red Leicester. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese has just melted. Arrange the petals on top and finish with a mozzarella cube. Grill for 30 seconds, then garnish with chives.
