The cardamom adds an aromatic sweetness to this deliciously strong
brew. Some Turkish people claim that they can read the future from
coffee grounds left at the bottom of the cup.

Ingredients
- 2tbsp Asda dark roast and ground filter coffee
- 2tsp caster sugar
- 1 cardamom pod
Method
1 Put all the ingredients together in a small pan, along with 250ml water and stir over a medium heat. When the coffee rises to the surface, remove the pan from the heat and spoon the froth into two espresso cups.
2 Return the pan to the heat. When the coffee rises to the top again, remove from the heat and fill the cups.
