Ingredients
- 1 large mango
- 2 ripe bananas
- 500ml milk
Method
1 Peel and cut up 1 large mango. Place the flesh in a food processor, blender or smoothie maker with 2 ripe bananas, peeled, and 500ml milk. Blend until smooth, then serve in tall glasses decorated with thin banana slices. Tip: smoothies are best made with ripe fruit - ripe mangoes should feel soft when gently squeezed.
