ASDA part of the Wal-Mart family

• 6-pack Asda round tomatoes
• 125g grated Asda mozzarella
• 2tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
• 1tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2tsp Asda dried oregano
• 1⁄2tsp Asda dried basil
• 50ml double cream
• 25g butter, melted
• 4tbsp fine dry breadcrumbs

1 Preheat the grill to medium. Cut the tomatoes into 1cm slices and place in a large, greased shallow heatproof dish. Season generously.

2 In a large bowl, mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, mustard and herbs. Add the double cream, then spread over the sliced tomatoes.

3 Combine the butter and breadcrumbs in another bowl and spoon the mixture evenly over the tomatoes. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheesy topping is bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately.
