Mildly spiced Indian-style chicken that’s good for kids

Ingredients
- 4 Asda frozen chicken breasts, thawed
- 175g pack Asda pilau rice
- 350g frozen peas
- 50g Asda blanched almonds
- 75g Asda dried, stoned dates
- 2tbsp fresh Asda coriander, chopped
Method
1 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan and stir-fry the chicken until golden. Stir in both the sachets from the pack of pilau rice, along with 400ml boiling water. Simmer for 12 minutes.
2 Add the peas, bring back to a simmer and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, put the almonds in a frying pan and dry-fry over a medium heat until golden. Add to the rice with the dates and heat through. Stir in the coriander and serve at once.
