Balsamic glazed chicken
Serves 4
Preparation time 20 minutes
Plus marinating time
Ingredients
  • 2tbsp coarse-grain mustard
  • 1tbsp Asda balsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsp Asda olive oil
  • 1tbsp Asda clear honey
  • 4 Asda chicken breast fillets
  • 350g farfalle pasta
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • Fresh Asda basil leaves (optional)
Method
1 Whisk together the mustard, vinegar, oil and honey and pour into a non-metallic, shallow dish. Cut the chicken into fingerlength strips and add to the marinade, making sure each piece is coated thoroughly. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.

2 Place a wok over a medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the chicken and all of the marinade and stir-fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden.

3 Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain, then add to the pan of chicken with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Toss well and garnish with basil.
